When you start the front load Duet style washers when there is no water pressure it goes into a no water error mode. The drain pump will run and that is all it will do. This error cycle lasts for eight minutes. If you stop the cycle or unplug the washer it will only reset the error cycle. You must let the washer complete the full eight minute error cycle, after eight minutes the control will unlock the door and reset the control and if there is proper water pressure at that time the washer will be ready and in standby mode to start a new cycle.
