The F30 error is a problem with the dispenser motor. The motor is not getting to the proper position because of a failed dispenser motor or a bad linkage. Check the motor and linkage for any foreign objects that may be blocking the movement of the linkage. Inspect the linkage for scratches, if it has scratch marks it must be replaced because its warped causing it to hit the surface which is putting a bind on the dispenser motor. If the linkage looks normal then replace the dispenser motor.
