How To Fix Whirlpool Duet Washer F30 Error Code
To Fix Whirlpool Duet Washer F30 Error Code first you need remove the washer top. Once you remove the top look on top of the dispenser box and you will see the dispenser motor mounted on top of the dispenser box. Check the linkage between the dispenser motor and the top of the dispenser box. If the linkage is cracked or damaged it will need to be replaced.
If the linkage checks out ok then you need to replace the dispenser motor to fix the F30 error code. The dispenser motor can be ordered from the link at the end of this repair information. Disconnect the linkage from the motor, remove the screws mounting the dispenser motor to the dispenser box and install the new dispenser motor. The video on the right shows this repair step by step. If you replaced the dispenser motor and the linkage is set correctly and the wiring from the dispenser motor to the board is ok then central control unit is bad. I can't give you the part information without the model number.

Whirlpool Duet Error Code F30

I have a Whirlpool Duet Washing Machine, model WFW9550WR00. Recently, it has decided to stop working and is displaying the error code "F30". Following your directions, I have replaced the dispenser motor. Also, the linkage connector arm seems to be set correctly and shows no signs of wear or weakness, and the wiring from the dispenser motor to the board seems to be intact with no abrasions to the outer sheathing. I assume that the next step will be to order a central control unit. Can you tell me, specifically, what part I need for my particular unit? Thanks for your assistance.

You are correct in your diagnosis however I do have some bad news for you. The central control unit for that model which is part number W10251767 is no longer being manufactured so you can't get it anymore.
