The Whirlpool Duet Washer F06 Error means the main control can't detect the speed of the motor. It's classified as a Drive Motor Tachometer Error.

As far as I know that is an error code reserved for dishwashers. Maybe you have mistaken the error code it's showing. Submit a new question with your model number and the correct error code.

DIAGNOSTIC TEST
The control must be in the OFF state before pressing the touch-pad sequence to start the test. Starting the test mode Close the door.
Press the Control On button. Select the DRAIN/SPIN cycle.
Select NO SPIN by pressing the SPIN SELECT button, as needed.
Push Prewash Option button four (4) times within five (5) seconds. C:00 will show in the display.
NOTE: If Model does not have PREWASH Mode as an option, press RINSE/HOLD.
If the Starting procedure fails, push PAUSE/CANCEL button. Then repeat the starting sequence.
To advance to the next step of the test procedure, push Prewash Option button two (2) times.

F6e2 Error Code

A WED72HEDW0 dryer here is throwing a F6E2 error code. The service tech book is not with the dryer, but from past experience I thought it could be the failure of either the MC or the UI. The User Interface tests good in Diagnostic Mode (as far as it can be tested in DM). Thus my question: Are the F6E2 and F6E3 error codes identical on a Whirlpool Duet Dryer?

E3 is an error from the ACU to the UI, E2 is an error from the UI to the ACU. So in your case it's most likely the UI causing the problem. The part number for the UI board you need is WPW10639903.

The error code F06E03 or the F6E3 error is actually just one code it means there is a communication error between the user inter face control board and the main control board. It can be loose wiring between the two board so check the wiring between the two boards and if it looks ok and the connections are tight then one the boards have failed. Most commonly it's the main control board that causes that error. The board you would need to replace is linked below:
