The F29 error means the control is reporting the moisture sensor is shorted. This error can be caused by multiple components. The following components will need to be tested.

The F29 error means the following:
F-29 flashes if the moisture sensor strip has shorted. Replace the moisture sensor strip. There are two strips so if you replace it replace both, buy two strips from the link below:
