The F02 error means the dryer user interface keypad has a stuck key or the user interface board has failed. You can try to reset the user interface board by unplugging the dryer or turning off the breaker supplying voltage to the dryer at the breaker panel in your home. Restore power after a minute or so and if the error continues the user interface board will have to be replaced.
