Hello sorry to hear you are having trouble, I'm Joel and will be glad to help you today.
Unplug the dryer take the top off and check your connections from the control to the user interface make sure nothing is loose and the connections are tight. If that checks out I hope you have a warranty because if not to fix it you will have to replace the main control and possibly the interface control. What control board do I need to fix the E3 error code on the Whirlpool GEW9200LW0 serial MP0891298?

If you have not replaced any boards on the unit and are getting that code then you need to replace the board linked below it's the correct board for your model (GEW9200LW0). Those boards are no longer being manufactured by the manufacturer and they are getting hard to find and are expensive. The company linked below has some new ones still available and also reconditioned ones, so make sure you choose the one you want from the condition drop-down menu. :
