Bosch washer error ER07 means the heating element is on when it it should not be which is caused by either a grounded heating element or a failed heating element relay on the main control board. Using a Ohm meter check the heating element for continuity, check if it's grounded, if the heating element checks out replace the main control board and of course if it's grounded replace the heating element. If it's the heating element that is bad that is bad news because that element is no longer being manufactured and there are not any substitutions being made either.
