Hello, My product was under warranty and the service company could not get the part. They of course had to order from their sears catalog not the internet. What information do you need to further confirm that this is the right part? Also what guarantee does a used product have over the new product? I am inclined to buy the used part. I appears that I just take off the access panel and replace the part. Thank you
